“Video Rock” is an awesome new DVD library of pre-rendered QuickTime elements and still images set in a vintage style.
The promo is produced with elements and templates straight out of the library! *
*Except for the awesome whooshy text that I did in Zaxwerks ProAnimator at the beginning.
The DVD or download includes 12 After Effects templates, but the elements are useful for motion designers and editors alike. Use it with any QuickTime compatible application like Final Cut, Premiere, Avid Media Composer and more. It’s also PERFECT for particle systems like Trapcode Particular.
- Over 200 QuickTime and still image elements
- Movie transition and loop points
- Primitives, Sketches, Doodle, Lighting, Background images and more
- PDF gallery
- 12 After Effects CS3 Templates @1920×1080

I cant see the video but iv seen the images on flickr, do the fonts come with the pack?
November 4th, 2009 at 6:53 am
It would be illegal for me to distribute typefaces with Video Rock that I did not develop. If you take a peak at the FAQs, you should find the links to Bifurk and Misirlou, which are shareware fonts. Others like Mistral are usually system fonts.

At Zach.. the elements where done almost entirely in AE and Cinema 4D, with the exception of a couple items. Some of the wireframe stuff was actually much easier in Invigorator using the wireframe shader. All of the sketch and toon stuff and shiny/reflective stuff was done in Cinema 4D

“Clap your hands everybody, and everybody clap your hands!”

November 24th, 2009 at 9:45 pm
I did not. You sent me a link but we were having problems with it. I was actually gonna purchase my copy tonight when I got home.
