@ Qaiser: You would have to change the picture into a document where all the different parts are individual paths.
this works not so good with a lot of colors.

Very complex things but makes quite easily wonderful,
I want to ask one thing.It was s font which was splited in to pieces/Layers to explode and rejoint them actually,but i want to do an Image .png and want to cut in to pieces/Layers to use it in AE.
I am unable to convert it in to a shape according to Tutorial.How to Convert it to Shape and later use in multiple layers to use in After Effects
